Coverage you can count on.

What We Do

Black Signaling Systems delivers in-building public-safety wireless systems, managing design and installation through trusted partners, starting with emergency responder radio coverage (ERRCS / BDA). Serving clients nationwide, headquartered in El Paso, Texas. We help buildings meet fire code so first responders can rely on their radios from the lobby to the basement.

Meet Rick Black, Owner

Rick Black founded Black Signaling Systems to give builders, contractors, and building owners a trusted partner for in-building wireless, starting with ERRCS / BDA. He holds an FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL, PG00081476).

Rick works directly with each client, from the first site walk through final documentation.

How We Work

Code-aware: Our process is built around IFC Section 510, NFPA 1221 / NFPA 1225, and each local AHJ's requirements.

Clear documentation: Surveys, installs, and annual tests come with records you can hand to an inspector.

Straight answers: If your building passes, we tell you. If it does not, we show you what it takes to fix it.
